I'm seeking a skilled animator to create a 3-5 minute microlearning video aimed at educating non-clinical medical staff about healthcare measures. The video should feature realistic AI characters and can be in a Pixar-like 3D animation style. This will be one of a series of 10 or more videos as well as an opportunity to be involved in several other projects. Storytelling is important in this series. The video should focus on: - Empathy in patient interactions - Effective communication skills - Timely and efficient services - Knowledge of HEDIS measure conditions - Understanding the importance of specific chronic conditions and how to effectively help patients be proactive in their care. - Staff-patient communication We can provide the script and assist with storyboarding. We’re aiming for a clean, data-driven style: Minimalist motion graphics Kinetic typography + diagrams Very limited character animation We have a simplified storyboard to match a $750-$1500 budget. Would you be open to asking the applicants to review and share how they’d approach it For this video and series we are interested in storytelling, positive tone, and probably not Pixar but more realistic A! characters. The ideal candidate should have: - Experience in creating educational animated content - Proficiency in 3D animation and realistic character design - Strong storytelling skills to convey complex information simply - Background in healthcare education is a plus but not essential - A cost-conscious approach - Punctual on delivery times.
