Dynamic title cards - ashes with embers that blow away at the end

Dynamic title cards that “blow away” like ashes for short film. Currently looking to replace the stock adobe premiere title cards for an upcoming indie horror short film I’m producing. It would be three separate 4-5 second title cards at the beginning of the short film and one 5 second title card at the end of the short. What I’m picturing is that they fade in.. form into textured lettering.. fade to gray and then blow away like ashes towards the end of the title card fade out. Embers in the ashes would be a big plus Each title card would be about 4-5 seconds Similarly to the attached photos. I don’t have much of a budget for this, but can compensate artist within my means.. in the $50-$75 range if possible It seems like the initial template would need to be created and just the text can be swapped out for each title card Title cards would be over black screen. Creative direction. First initial three title cards at the beginning would be more or less normal textured font. Last title card would be the name of the short film “Judy”, organic wood texture type of font? Would be neat if the ending title card had slight motion/organic matter?
