3D Model of Cartoon Character

I'm seeking an experienced 3D artist to transform a 2D cartoon character, Kabool, into a highly detailed, poseable 3D model. The final goal is to receive a file that is fully optimized for 3D printing as an action figure. Requirements: Convert from provided front, side, and back view reference images (optionally 3/4 view if needed). Create a highly detailed model with accurate facial expressions (wrinkles, gloomy features) and clothing details (1970s suit). The model must be poseable, with clean joints and proper segmentation (e.g., head, arms, legs). Deliver a clean, watertight 3D mesh with no errors, fully ready for slicing software. Final files must be delivered in STL and OBJ formats (suitable for 3D printing). Deliverables: 1 poseable 3D model of Kabool in STL and OBJ formats. A fixed-pose version (optional, if easy to provide). Preview renders of the final model from multiple angles before file delivery. Ideal Skills: Strong expertise in 3D character modeling and sculpting. Proficiency with poseable character rigs for action figures. Experience with 3D printing optimization (watertight meshes, wall thickness, supports). Familiarity with tools like ZBrush, Blender, or Maya.
