2D Photos (front and back) of a Royal Navy sailor to Printable STL

I have a single photograph of a person that I want turned into a fully printable STL file. This model must capture the likeness and proportions of the subject as closely as possible, because its sole purpose is 3D printing. What I need from you • A watertight, manifold STL ready for direct slicing—no holes, non-manifold edges, or floating shells. • Detail priority is accuracy to the photo; surface texturing and structural tweaks are welcome only if they do not alter the person’s recognizable features. • Proper scale (roughly life-like unless you advise otherwise) and an orientation that minimizes supports. You are free to use ZBrush, Blender, Meshmixer, or any sculpting workflow you prefer as long as the final export is a high-quality STL that passes a standard printability check in Cura or PrusaSlicer. Before handing over the final file, please share a quick turnaround render or low-poly preview so I can confirm likeness.
