I'm seeking an experienced CAD drafter/fractional architect to assist with a commercial architectural project at the construction documentation stage in Maryland. Key Requirements: - Create detailed and accurate CAD drawings based off rough design/layout. - Ensure compliance with architectural codes and standards - Collaborate with our design team to refine and finalize drawings Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software - Strong understanding of architectural construction documents as well as mechanical and engineering principles. - Prior experience in commercial architecture projects Please provide samples of similar work.
