I’m taking an oil–water treatment train into detailed engineering and now need a Corrugated Plate Interceptor ready to hit the workshop floor. Starting from the process requirements I’ll share at kickoff, you will turn a performance target into a fully detailed, physically constructible plate pack and the tank with the nozzles according to project requirements. You’ll be responsible for the hydraulic sizing, plate geometry, inclination, spacing, supports, and all integration details, then capturing everything in a clean 3D model and manufacturing package. Practical experience with CPI separators, sheet-metal fabrication and wastewater/process equipment is essential because the final drawings will go straight to a fabricator. Deliverables • Design calculation report demonstratingcompliance and required separation efficiency • Parametric 3D CAD model of the CPI plate pack and internals (SolidWorks 2024 or below) • Itemised bill of materials with weights and material specs I’ll release the full specification, vessel GA and confidentiality terms once we’ve agreed on scope and schedule. If you’ve walked a CPI through to fabrication before, I’d like to see a sample package or at least a brief rundown of your previous projects when you respond.
