Build a master sketch with named parameters and equations, driving features via stable reference planes and patterns to keep the design tree robust as dimensions change. Export STEP as AP242 with validation properties and tune STL chord height/angle; round-trip import to standard CAM to verify closed solids and no non-manifold edges. Action Plan: Phase 1 — Review inputs, confirm assumptions, set units/material, define key datums and tolerances.
