Hi This is Sharath here. I am a sheet metal new product development engineer have more than 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication industry. I understood your requirement on the project. To make the cone in single piece might be difficult you may find some complication during third bend as it touches the punch. I can give both type of drawing one with single piece and one side corner welding and another with 2 piece and 2 side corner welding. Please let me know your feedback on this Thanks Sharath.

This would be my first professional project, but I do have 3 years of Cad experience. Also I have used laser cutters so I am familiar with going from 2D to 3D. To do this project I would need to know the distance between the top and bottom squares to get the full idea. And the composition time will be between 1-2 days.
