Obiettivo • Tradurre le geometrie del nostro prodotto consumer in un modello matematico robusto che garantisca: – Resistenza strutturale in uso quotidiano – Riduzione del peso per migliorare ergonomia e costi di materiale – Facilità di assemblaggio in linea produttiva Fase di prototipazione Intendo realizzare un prototipo in stampa 3D multimateriale: parti rigide combinate con inserti flessibili/elastomerici. Il file risultante dovrà quindi includere suddivisioni e spessori coerenti con questa tecnologia. Consegne richieste 1. File CAD nativo (preferibilmente SolidWorks o Inventor) con feature tree completo e quotature parametriche. 2. Export STEP/IGES pronto per i fornitori. 3. Versione ottimizzata per slicing 3D (STL separata per componenti rigidi e flessibili). 4. Breve relazione PDF che spieghi scelte di resistenza, alleggerimento e soluzioni di assemblaggio.
