I’m looking for a clean, mechanically sound 3D CAD design for the outer casing of a custom circuit board. Once I award the project I’ll supply a detailed dimensional drawing, mounting-hole pattern, connector heights, and any keep-out zones. The enclosure’s primary job is to give the board rigid structural support, so wall thickness, ribbing, and fastening points should be engineered with everyday bumps and cable tension in mind. I’ll be printing on a carbon fiber 3 d printer machine, so keep tolerances in the ±0.20 mm range and avoid geometry that needs excessive supports. Vent slots, snap-fits, or screw bosses are welcome if they improve strength without complicating printing. Please deliver: • A fully parametric source file (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or STEP) • Print-ready STL(s) for both top and bottom shells • A short note on recommended print orientation and fastener specs (if used) The project is complete when a single print of your files seats the board flush, all ports clear correctly, and the lid closes firmly without play.
