Rear-Loading Garbage Compactor Design & SolidWorks Manufacturing Drawings

We are looking for experienced specialists in the design and development of rear-loading waste compactor bodies, together with production engineers capable of preparing complete manufacturing and workshop drawings. The required scope includes: Reviewing and improving the mechanical and hydraulic design of the rear-loading compactor. Developing the compaction mechanism, tailgate, hopper, ejector plate and bin-lifting system. Performing structural, load and hydraulic calculations. Preparing accurate 3D models and detailed 2D fabrication drawings. Preparing assembly drawings, welding details, material specifications, tolerances and Bill of Materials. Optimizing the design for practical manufacturing, assembly, maintenance and cost efficiency. Supporting our engineering and production teams during prototype manufacturing and design modifications. Previous experience in garbage trucks, waste compactors, hydraulic machinery or heavy equipment is essential. SolidWorks is strongly preferred for 3D modelling, assemblies, sheet-metal design and production drawings.
