The end result is a functional assembly, not just a single part, and it has to handle serious load-bearing demands once it comes off the foundry line. Here is what I need from you: • Translate my sketches and notes into a cast-ready 3D model, complete with proper draft angles, fillets, gating and riser considerations so a foundry can pour it without re-work. • Validate the design’s load-bearing capacity through FEA or an equivalent stress analysis package and include the report. • Provide manufacturing drawings (2D) that show critical dimensions, tolerances and surface finishes. • Supply the native CAD files (SolidWorks, Inventor or similar) plus neutral formats such as STEP/IGES for tooling vendors. Acceptance criteria – Assembly supports the specified load in simulation with an adequate safety factor. – All casting features (parting line, draft, radii) conform to standard steel foundry practice. – Final files open error-free in both native and neutral formats.
