I already have a full set of residential house plans drawn up; what’s missing are the precise structural numbers the county wants before it will release our building permit. Your task is to go through the entire blueprint set—foundation, framing, elevations, sections, and details—and add every required dimension, member size, span, connection note, and call-out so the reviewers can clearly see compliance with local code. Only structural information is needed; I’m handling electrical and plumbing separately. I can supply the current plans in PDF and DWG along with the county’s checklist. If something looks off, flag it and suggest a fix rather than guessing—accuracy is critical. Deliverables • Updated CAD (DWG) file with all structural dimensions and notes • Print-ready PDF set suitable for direct permit submission • Brief change log so I can track what was added or modified I’m ready to move quickly and will be available for prompt clarifications about local code requirements or field conditions.
