I can show u sample. - Questions: 1) What is the intended manufacturing process and material/finish (CNC, sheet metal, molding, additive)? Any required draft, minimum wall thickness, bend allowances, or surface roughness targets? Which features are critical and should define the datum scheme? 2) Can you provide at least one verified dimension for scale, plus orthogonal photos? Any threads/bore fits (e.g., M6x1, H7/g6), GD&T limits (flatness/parallelism), and default tolerances you prefer (ASME Y14.5, ISO 2768)? - Suggestions: 1) I’ll rectify perspective and reconstruct a fully parametric solid. If you can supply 8–12 photos around the part with a checkerboard/ArUco scale, I can photogrammetry-fit the geometry; otherwise I’ll anchor to your supplied dimensions and perform a quick tolerance stack on CTF features. 2) I’ll deliver a clean STEP AP242 model with manufacturable feature topology (fillets, chamfers, reliefs sized to tool availability), plus an optional 2D drawing with GD&T, thread/hole callouts, edge breaks, and default tolerances—ready for vendor quoting and inspection.
