I need a skilled contractor to rebuild an enclosed back porch connected to my kitchen in my Cape Cod house. We have some drawings that we started using chief architect as we are contractors and do interior remodeling. This is for our own home. There is a small gable roof dormer that we are removing and putting a shed roof dormer across the back of the house. we have most of that drawn up, we need to combine everything into a stamped set of drawings to pull the permit. The small front porch is brick and crumbling that we need to rebuild, so that will be part of the drawing, I would like to add a portico over the front porch, so tying that into the roof structure, and there is a side porch that has an aluminum awning which we are going to remove and incorporate the metal roof over that side porch Key requirements include: - New foundation, preferably a cellar, there is currently a seller there, but the wall is leaking and we would like to make it a few feet bigger - Modern upgrades like skylights or large windows. Ideal skills and experience: - Experience with Cape Cod style homes - Expertise in modern porch designs - Foundation work knowledge, particularly for cellars - Good communication skills to ensure design aligns with my vision
