The house will have just one bedroom, so I’m looking for a clever, space-saving layout that still feels open and comfortable. Here’s exactly what I need from you: • Dimensioned floor plan with structural layout and clear pillar/column placement • Foundation, beam, and slab details suitable for typical Indian soil conditions • A basic 3D elevation or massing view that shows exterior proportions and window/door positions • Files delivered in PDF for easy viewing and DWG (or compatible) so I can pass them to a local engineer or builder AutoCAD and SketchUp (or Revit) are preferred, but I’m open to any software as long as the final files are editable.
