Contemporary Exterior House 3D Render Needed + 3 floor plans

I’m ready to present a new house design to my clients and need a high-quality, photorealistic 3D exterior render that sells the concept at first glance. The look and feel should be unmistakably contemporary—crisp lines, balanced volumes, and modern finishes—yet the image has to linger on three key aspects: rich textures and materials (think subtle concrete variations, metal trims, and glass reflections), distinctive architectural features such as the overhanging roof and recessed entrance, and a well-composed landscape that frames the building naturally. I will provide several pictures of the house as it is today. The project is to add an extension (two options). So the 3D rendering needs to reproduce the current house, but with the extension of which I will provide the surface in square-meters (floor plan). I also need a swimming pool behind the house and a designed beautiful landscape garden around the house. If you deliver an outstanding job, you will get the project, which is the interior. From there, I’m counting on you to model any missing elements, set up realistic lighting for a morning atmosphere, apply accurate PBR materials, and render a hero view plus one supporting angle at a minimum of 4 K resolution. Native project files (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or your preferred package) should come along with the final images so I can request tweaks if the clients ask. Deliverables: • At least two high-resolution JPEG/PNG exterior renders (4 K or higher) • Source scene/file with all textures linked and organized I’d like a quick preview midway so we can lock composition and materials before you push the final render. Let me know your expected turnaround and which software/render engine you prefer; as long as the result is crisp and lifelike, I’m flexible.
