3D Design for Backyard ADU -- 2

I need a 3D design for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in my backyard. The space is up to 1200 sq ft and will include a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a high ceiling. The design should feature a smaller section for the second bedroom and a skylight. Key Requirements: - Incorporate elements such as plants and greenery, a seating area, and water features. - The design should reflect a modern style. - Utilize a mixed layout that combines open concept and separate rooms. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in creating 3D architectural designs. - Proficiency in modern design aesthetics. - Ability to integrate specified elements into a cohesive design. - Familiarity with designing high-ceiling structures and skylights. Windows upper wall for extra lighting ! Air flow are important too ! Door need to have only south or north ! Bed position is facing south or north . Bath room is Borden with combo function ! Kitchen has all needs with dish washer too! No island in kitchen please Will Oder moveable Cabnet for kitchen organizer! So space can be open floor plan for changeable use from time to time!
