I’m looking for a detailed, production-ready game controller designed entirely in Fusion 360. The look and ergonomics should take clear inspiration from current PS5 or Xbox pads, but the geometry must be original so I can use it commercially without infringement. Scope of the CAD work • Build a clean, fully-parametric Fusion 360 file that breaks the controller into logical bodies and components (top and bottom shells, buttons, D-pad, bumpers, triggers, etc.). • Model functional analog sticks with realistic gimbal housings. • Reserve internal space and mounting features for a rechargeable battery pack and the electronic board that supports wireless connectivity (USB-C charge port, antenna cavity, small PCB standoffs). • All fastening schemes—screw bosses, clips, or snap-fits—should be present so the assembly can be 3D-printed or tooled later with minimal revision. • Finish with high-resolution renders (key hero shot, top/side views, and a neat exploded view) directly from Fusion 360’s Renderer or an external path trace plugin if you prefer. Deliverables 1. Native .f3d file with timeline intact. 2. Exported STEP for cross-platform sharing. 3. At least four 4K PNG/JPG renders, including one exploded assembly. 4. A short note (PDF or DOCX) listing material assumptions and any third-party components you referenced for scale. Acceptance criteria The shells must close flush in the CAD assembly without interference, the analog sticks must articulate ±15° on both axes, and the battery bay should accept a standard 2 × 1 × 0.5 inch Li-ion pack with room for a ribbon cable. If you’ve already modeled consumer electronics housings or have sample game controller work, send a quick link or snapshot so I can gauge fit and finish.
