3D Home Model from 2D Plan

I'm looking for a skilled 3D modeler to transform my 2D house floor plan (PDF attached) into a realistic 3D model. Requirements: - Convert the attached 2D floor plan into a 3D model. - Provide both interior and exterior views. - Add realistic rendering (walls, flooring, windows, doors, basic furniture, etc.). - Deliver images and/or walkthrough video of the final 3D model. Project Details from the Plan (Ground Floor): - Bedrooms: 2 (sizes mentioned in plan) - Toilets: 2 - Kitchen: 1 - Lobby + Porch + Main Gate - Plot dimensions: approx. 20 ft x 35 ft Deliverables Expected: - 3D model file (SketchUp/AutoCAD/3ds Max/Revit or similar) - High-quality rendered images (front, top, interior views) - Optional: short 3D walkthrough/animation (if possible) Budget: Open to fair quotes (please mention your charges).
