I can show u sample. - Questions 1) Load/stability: What are the total live loads (bottles, ice, equipment) and dynamic conditions (transport accel, max ramp/slope)? Any required anti-tip angle (eg, ≥10°) or safety factor, and indoor/outdoor/washdown use? Target certifications (NSF/ANSI, UL/CE, IP rating)? 2) Power/plumbing: Mains spec (120/230 V) vs battery runtime/charge time, GFCI/RCD? Gray-water policy and container capacity; preferred quick-disconnect (camlock/barb) and need for air gap/odor trap/clean-out? - Suggestions 1) Structure/mobility: Use welded 6061-T6 or 304 SS 38×38×2 mm tube with bolt-on panels via PEM nuts Run FEA to 20 SF under 3 g lateral/1 g vertical shock Specify 125 mm low-profile casters ≥250 lb each (2 total-lock + 2 swivel) recessed behind a 75 mm toe-kick; add two screw-down leveling jacks for service Provide weldment drawings with distortion-control sequence, sheet K-factor/bend radii in flat patterns 2) Wet/electrical: Double-wall 304 SS insulated ice bins (25 mm PU foam), 1:50 slope to 1/2" NPT drain, quick-coupled to a 10–15 L vented container; integrate condensate channel Kindly send me a message, lets discuss in detail and my portfolio is uploaded here and on my website.
