I already have the full architectural drawings for my house; however, the living hall needs a fresh approach. I want to keep every other area exactly as drawn and focus solely on changing the layout in this single room. My priority is to rethink the placement of windows and doors. Whether we add a new opening, remove an unnecessary one, or resize an existing frame, the goal is to improve natural light and traffic flow without disturbing structural integrity or the rest of the plan. You will be working from my current CAD/PDF files, so please be comfortable editing in the same format and providing the revised sheets back in both editable and print-ready versions. Deliverables  • Updated floor plan of the living hall reflecting the new window/door configuration • Any required elevation or section adjustments tied to those changes • A brief note on structural implications (if any) so that my engineer can review • Final files in DWG (or original format) plus a high-resolution PDF Once the revisions look right on paper, I may ask for a simple 3-D view, but that can be scoped as an extra if needed. Let me know your approach, what software you’ll use, and a realistic turnaround time for the first draft.
