Hi, I’m looking for a CAD designer to create a parametric Fusion 360 model of a 3D printable ammo box. The box should be designed for FDM 3D printing and should use removable inserts inside for different types of ammo. Main idea I need a modular ammo box with: opening cover, hinges on the back, latches on the front, front handle for carrying, removable inserts inside, separate wall mounting adapter. The box should not be screwed directly to the wall. It should hang on a separate wall mounting adapter. Wall mounting The design should include a separate adapter for wall mounting. The box should have a matching mounting interface on the back, so it can be placed on the adapter and removed when needed. The wall mounting interface should also be parametric and easy to adjust. Removable inserts The inside of the box must use removable inserts. The main box should be universal, and the inserts should be separate parts for different ammo types. The first version should include one insert for 9x19 ammo. The insert system should be editable, so I can later make inserts for other ammo types. Parametric design This is very important. I need a proper parametric Fusion 360 master file, not only STL files. The box must be editable by named parameters. I want to be able to change: box width, box height, box length / depth, wall thickness, opening cover size, hinge position, hinge spacing, hinge size, latch position, latch spacing, latch size, front handle size, front handle position, mounting interface size, mounting interface position, insert size, ammo hole diameter, ammo hole spacing, number of rows, number of ammo slots. The model should allow making bigger or smaller versions of the box without designing everything again from zero. The hinge positions, latch positions, handle size and mounting interface should adjust correctly when the main box dimensions are changed. First version should include main box body, opening cover, back hinges, front latches, front handle, removable insert system, one 9x19 ammo insert, back mounting interface, separate wall mounting adapter. Files I need Final files should include: Fusion 360 source file, STEP files, STL or 3MF files for printing, short notes about: editable parameters, tolerances, print orientation, assembly.
