Modern Office Showroom 3D Design

I’m fitting out a new showroom dedicated to office chairs and their individual components and want it to feel unmistakably modern. I need a complete spatial proposal that covers three things: a scaled 2-D layout, detailed elevations, and photorealistic 3-D renders. The only functional zone is the product-display area—there’s no reception desk or customer lounge—so every square metre should focus on merchandising. Within those displays, please group chairs, mechanisms, armrests, and other parts strictly by type to help visitors compare items side-by-side. Clean sight-lines, neutral finishes, and flexible modular fixtures will reinforce the modern look I’m after. Deliverables • Dimensioned layout plan (DWG/PDF) • Elevation drawings for all walls, showing shelving, lighting, and finishes • At least three high-resolution 3-D renders (overall view plus a close-up bay, day and evening lighting) • Native source files from your preferred platform—AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar I’ll share accurate floor measurements, product specs, and branding guidelines as soon as we start.
