I own roughly 60 acres that I’m turning into a destination retreat and need a comprehensive site masterplan. Half of the land will host rustic, craftsman-inspired cabins and small homes; the other half will become an adventure zone built around a zip-line and high-rope course. Residential comfort and recreational excitement matter to me in equal measure, so both sides of the property must feel cohesive in style and circulation. Scaled drawings (PDF/CAD) plus a high-level 3D massing or rendered perspectives will help me present the concept to investors and local planners. If you have experience with outdoor adventure facilities or similar lodge developments, let me know; otherwise, solid resort or campground planning work is fine.
