I need a detailed design for a four-way hi-fi loudspeaker enclosure built from MDF. The focus is on getting the internal volumes, port or sealed alignments, and bracing strategy exactly right so the drivers can perform to their published specs without cabinet-induced colouration or resonance. What I expect from you • Precise volume calculations for each chamber, taking into account driver displacement and any port or passive radiator volume. • A comprehensive bracing layout that keeps panel vibration to a minimum while remaining practical to cut from standard MDF sheets. • Dimensioned drawings (CAD, SketchUp or similar) plus an easy-to-read cut list so I can take it straight to a CNC or table-saw. • Recommendations on damping materials and placement.
