I’m ready to move from ideas to build-ready documentation for a new residential property in Australia and I want the aesthetic to be unmistakably modern. Scope • Interior & exterior architecture: sleek lines, contemporary materials, and a balanced mix of open-plan living zones with strategically partitioned private rooms. • Landscape integration: outdoor areas that feel like an extension of the house, suited to the Australian climate. • Overall layout planning: a “combination of both” layout—open communal spaces that transition smoothly into more enclosed areas where privacy matters. Preferred approach I’m expecting concept sketches → refined floor plans → elevations/sections → landscaping plan, with 3D visuals along the way so we can make confident choices early. Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, or similar BIM/CAD tools is essential, and familiarity with Australian residential codes will keep approvals smooth. Acceptance criteria 1. Complete set of schematic drawings ready for council submission. 2. Coordinated interior, exterior, and landscape plans that follow the agreed modern theme. 3. Native design files plus PDFs and high-quality renders for presentation.
