3D Artist for Real-Time ArchViz Project (Blender to Unreal Engine)

We are a real estate developer seeking a highly skilled 3D artist with experience in real-time architectural visualization. We are developing a new residential project and need high-quality interior designs that will ultimately be used in an interactive Unreal Engine presentation for our sales office. Project Scope: The project involves creating interior designs for three properties: One (1) detached single-family house: approx. 220 m² One (1) semi-detached house (duplex) with two units: approx. 185 m² per unit. Key Requirements & Deliverables: Creative Interior Staging: The scope includes the full creative process of selecting appropriate furniture, materials, textures, lighting, and decor to create a complete and appealing interior scene. Two Style Variations: You will need to develop two distinct interior design concepts for the properties (e.g., 'Modern Scandinavian' and 'Warm Contemporary'). Blender Source Files: The primary design and modeling work should be done in Blender. We require the final, well-organized Blender project files. Assets Optimized for Unreal Engine: This is a critical requirement. All models (furniture, fixtures, decor) and textures must be prepared and optimized for seamless import and high performance in Unreal Engine. This includes: Clean, efficient geometry (topology). Proper UV unwrapping (including lightmap UVs). Use of PBR textures (Albedo, Normal, Roughness/Metallic, etc.). High-Quality Renders: In addition to the game-ready assets, we still require a set of high-resolution, photorealistic renders from Blender for traditional marketing materials. What We Will Provide: Complete architectural plans in Revit format. Clear feedback and communication throughout the project.
