ATFD - Agitated Thin Film Dryer -- 2

Requirement: Experienced Design Engineer – ATFD (Agitated Thin Film Dryer) We are looking for a specialized Design Engineer with minimum 5 years of proven experience in designing and developing Agitated Thin Film Dryers (ATFD). Mandatory Criteria (Strictly Required): Minimum 5 years of direct, hands-on experience in ATFD design & development Must have worked in process equipment / chemical / pharma machinery industry Strong practical knowledge of: Rotor & blade design Film thickness control Heat transfer optimization Jacket / heating system design Mechanical sealing system Drive & gearbox selection Vibration & critical speed analysis Material selection (SS, Hastelloy, Alloy steels, etc.) Structural & thermal calculations Experience in preparing GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOM Exposure to manufacturing, testing, and commissioning Important Note: General 3D/CAD designers without real ATFD project execution experience are not eligible, even if they claim capability. Only candidates who have actually designed, manufactured, and commissioned ATFD systems should apply.
