Bridge model and place into 3d mesh

This is for a simple conceptual personation. Something to give people the idea of what the bridge will look like in the designed location, 1 - Need to model a bridge from the plans, only needs to be proportionally to scale and not of much detail (nothing will be designed from this). But would like the visible concrete, steel, wire and wood planks to be textured. Add trail per the location in AutoCAD 2 - Flatten or remove trees around bridge location in the 3d Mesh and place bridge and section of trail. 3 - Pan camera around location of the bridge to create a quick few second video.
