The heart of the film is the transformation journey itself, so every frame must sell that steady climb from struggle to triumph. To make it believable I want: • Realistic running motion that looks biomechanically spot-on • Glowing joints and internal organ highlights (heart, lungs) that pulse with effort • Energy-particle trails that grow richer as progress builds Combine those visuals with an inspirational, uplifting score and subtle SFX hits that intensify each milestone.
