Experienced home building architect to create building plans for home

Job Description:

I am looking for an experienced home building architect to create building plans for a 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom, 2 car garage single family home that is over 1500 sq.ft. I have a concept for the design, but will need an experienced architect to bring it to life. The chosen freelancer should have a working knowledge of the building standards in my area of Atlanta, GA USA as well as comprehensive experience creating building plans for single family homes. I'm excited to find the right freelancer to help me bring my family’s dream home and this project to life! I would like someone familiar with elevations and can turn the project into a 3D model.
