Goal Provide clean, optimized, consistent-quality meshes for the 3 floors with correct PBR textures, glass fixed, and weak areas either reconstructed (painted) or replaced with tasteful abstract stand-ins. We will handle the Sketchfab scene/tour ourselves. SCHEDULE + DELIVERY DATE - Kickoff + handoff: as soon as awarded. - α (per-floor low mesh + first bakes + sample paint mask): 4 Sept 2025 - β (all floors optimized + combined model, 80% textures, glass pass): 8 Sept 2025 - RC (polish, masks complete, QC renders): 10 Sept 2025 - Final delivery: 11 Sept 2025 (EOD CET) SCOPE OF WORK - Cleanup - Remove floaters, spikes, and double shells; close obvious holes on walkable paths. - Fix normals, shading seams, and z-fighting; trim messy ceiling/floor skins. - Glass correction - Replace broken photogrammetry of glass with modeled panes (simple quads). - PBR setup for believable glass (Opacity/Roughness/IOR), hiding distorted geo behind. - Optimization / Retopo - Decimate/retopo for even density while preserving key edges (pillars, stair noses, frames). - Consistent texel density across rooms; UVs non-overlapping, power-of-two, ≥4–8 px padding. - No UDIMs (Sketchfab). - Texture baking/reprojection - Bake from high-poly to optimized mesh: **BaseColor (from photos), Normal, AO**. - Optional Roughness/Metalness where appropriate (mostly dielectric surfaces). - Balanced color/exposure to avoid patchy looks. - Reconstruction by painting (policy) - Where geometry/texture is weak but the real form is inferable, perform measured repainting/reconstruction in Substance (or similar). - Keep painted content on separate layers and provide a binary/greyscale mask per texture set marking painted pixels. - Do not invent historical detail; follow surrounding measurements, symmetry, and material logic. - If confident reconstruction is not possible, use an abstract/neutral filler (frosted panel, matte blockout) to avoid misrepresentation. - Organization & Scale - True scale; correct orientation. - Deliver per-floor meshes and one combined aligned model with clean material IDs/names.
