Hello I might be probably wasting bid here as I'm a parametric designer this is not what you asked for but still I honestly felt that I should say this so am I writing this. I think if you are designing a model for some serious purpose then you shall need a parametric design which is not usually done on software like Maya. However it is absolutely possible to convert the same into an stl or obj format to be used on Maya or any other parallel software. So if there's a mistake for me to understand the need of project then I'd apologize to waste your time else I'd be able to do a parametric design of the craft you've attached in the PDF file. Hello there; I've worked on airplanes a few times before. But I am definitely not an aeronautical engineer. This job is not a job that can be done with one person. We have 3 people working in the team. We can design by plane for you. But our legal license is Cinema 4D. No problem as we will deliver it to you as fbx file.
