1)registration & profile creation
2)taking mcq and coding assessment which has proctoring
3)getting recommended jobs based on profile matching(preferences & skill assessment passed)
Employer:
1)profile creation
2)job posting
getting recommended candidate from talent pool(employee who passed assessments) based on job details
Administrator panel: To manage hiring process
Design is going to be provided by us.
