Hi, We’re a product engineering team, Top 1% on Freelancer with 95+ products shipped, and we’ve taken consumer wellness devices through full development cycles from concept to manufacturing. Handheld electronics with overmoulded silicone, sealed electrical systems, and ergonomic casing work is something we do regularly. This project is really three systems working together. A precision vibration module coupled into the silicone bristle array, a high-voltage plasma driver that has to be fully isolated from the user, and borosilicate electrodes sitting within the overmould. The engineering value sits in how cleanly these integrate without compromising safety, comfort, or manufacturability. We’d approach it by locking down the HV isolation architecture and the glass-to-silicone transition early, since those drive most of the downstream decisions on housing, sealing, and assembly.
