Two 3D Model Pictures

I am looking for someone to make two 3D model pictures. The first is that of a male chest wearing a costume of the character Reed Richards from the Fantastic Four. You should have skills in making costume pictures look realistic including making a costume look like real cloth. Being able to create 3D features on the costume is important as the picture will be used with a depth map to create a 3D picture when printed out. Such features include 3D abs and pecs and a 3D stand out Fantastic 4 logo. The logos will need to be a separate layer and will include making three different logo design versions. I have enclosed a picture that shows what I am looking for generally but the actual picture will be a little different in design, more realistic, and more prominent 3D features like abs and pecs. The second 3D model picture would be a front view of the back of a white lab coat using cloth simulation to create a few winkles and inductions of a back. In other words, what the front view of the back of the lab coat might look like is someone invisible was wearing it. Again, being able to create 3D features on this picture are important as it will also be used with a depth map. Both pictures will be enlarged greatly and therefore need to be high resolution. Please state in your reply what programs you would use to create these two pictures and your general level of proficiency in the programs. Thank you.
