Preciso de um modelo 3D básico destinado a prototipagem. O nível de detalhe pode ser baixo, pois a meta é apenas validar forma e encaixes antes da versão final. Vou imprimir em Nylon, então o design deve respeitar as limitações de retração e aderência típicas desse material. lá! Preciso de um modelador 3D para converter as especificações de um desenho técnico em arquivos prontos para impressão 3D (formatos .STL e o arquivo nativo editável em STEP ou Fusion 360). Para este projeto, preciso apenas de 2 das 3 partes mostradas no desenho anexo, pois a base cilíndrica não será necessária. Os componentes que você deverá modelar são: 1. Componentes Requeridos Peça 1 - Tigela Superior (Espiral): Toda a região cônica superior com a pista helicoidal interna. Peça 2 - Canal de Saída (Trilho): O mecanismo de saída que é acoplado na lateral da tigela, incluindo os suportes para os parafusos orientativos M4. (Atenção: A "Base Inferior Cilíndrica" NÃO deve ser modelada). 2. Medidas e Detalhes Técnicos Principais Diâmetro Externo Máximo: Ø380 mm Diâmetro Interno (Centro/Furo): Ø120 mm Altura da Saída: 185 mm Largura da Saída (Trilho): 14 mm Inclinação do Trilho/Pista: Aproximadamente ~7° na subida helicoidal. Perfil do Trilho (Corte): Canal com largura interna de 8 mm, largura total de 14 mm, profundidade de 12 mm, com raio de curvatura interno R2 e rebaixo lateral de 2 mm (conforme detalhe do perfil "Corte do Trilho" no desenho). 3. Requisitos para Impressão 3D Espessura de parede: Mínimo de 4 mm para garantir rigidez estrutural. Acabamento: As superfícies das pistas helicoidais devem ser modeladas perfeitamente lisas (sem rugosidades ou facetas) para o bom funcionamento do alimentador. Fixação: Prever os furos e suportes para a fixação entre o canal de saída e a tigela utilizando os parafusos M4 especificados. O que eu preciso que seja entregue: Arquivos individuais em formato .STL (ou .3MF) da Tigela e do Canal de Saída. O arquivo de montagem aberta (ex: .STEP, .IGS ou projeto do Fusion 360).
