This project revolves around a 12-inch-diameter (or larger) part that must be printed in TPU 90 A while retaining excellent flexibility and elasticity. I already have an engineering drawing and an STL, but they will need refinement to ensure the finished piece meets tight dimensional tolerances and real-world performance expectations. The area where I need the most help is the actual TPU printing process. Please bring proven experience with large-format, soft-shore TPU so you can suggest ideal wall thickness, infill pattern, print speed, temperature, and post-processing techniques. I am open to any infill you recommend; I simply don’t have the background to choose one confidently. Throughout development, I’ll rely on you to: • Review and adjust the current CAD drawing and STL to make the geometry truly print-ready. • Iterate as needed—print, measure, test flexibility, then fine-tune—to dial in accuracy over the 12-inch span. • Document every revision and supply up-to-date engineering drawings (PDF/DWG) and the final STL. • Produce a fully functional prototype in TPU 90 A and ship it to the United States once we agree the part meets spec. Good communication is essential; quick photo/video check-ins after each print cycle are ideal so we can spot issues early. If you work in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar, that’s perfect, but any professional CAD that exports clean STLs is fine. Once the prototype passes dimensional checks and flexibility tests, the project wraps with the shipment of the part and delivery of the finalized digital files.
