Complete 3D House Visualization

I have only one exterior photo—pulled from Pinterest—but I intend to turn that inspiration into a real, build-ready home. The entire residence, inside and out, must be developed in a traditional style and shown to me as an accurate, navigable 3D model. Scope • Exterior: replicate the façade from the reference picture, adjusting proportions where needed so the structure is buildable. • Interior: every room is required, with special care given to the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Traditional detailing, “gibson” room divisions, cabinetry to match that term’s look in the kitchen, and tile floors throughout are non-negotiable. • Layout & circulation: show how each space connects and confirm ceiling heights, window placements, and door swings. • Construction clarity: the model and drawings must be detailed enough for a contractor to price and execute without guesswork. Deliverables 1. Full 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) with layers for exterior, structure, MEP placeholders, and décor. 2. High-resolution renders (day & night) covering all main rooms plus at least four exterior angles. 3. Two panorama or 360° exports that let me virtually “walk through” key areas. 4. Dimensioned floor plans and at least one cross-section PDF generated directly from the model. Acceptance The project is complete when I can open the model, inspect every corner, and hand the package to my builder knowing measurements and finishes match our traditional brief.
