I already hold the complete, to-scale floorplans for both levels of my duplex and now want them transformed into a photorealistic, 360-degree interior experience. The concept must stay true to a clean, minimalist style and show each space exactly as it would feel on site—without any false roofing or dropped ceilings. Key areas to visualise • Ground-floor living room and dining zone • Kitchen layout • Bedrooms on both levels • Foyer at the mid-landing of the duplex stair • Pooja room • Upper-level family / lounge area Elements to bring alive • Accurate furniture placements for every room • Realistic lighting fixtures (ambient, task and accent) • Wall colours, subtle textures and finishes • Flooring materials throughout • Door, window and grill details that match plan specifications • Functional dining arrangement within the open-plan area Deliverables 1. A fully textured 3D model covering both floors. 2. High-resolution still renders from strategic angles. 3. Interactive 360-degree panoramas (web-ready) for each listed space. 4. Source files in the native software format plus exported FBX/OBJ for future edits. The renders must reflect the actual ceiling height from slab to slab; no false ceiling layers should appear anywhere in the model. All dimensions provided in my plans must be preserved so furniture clearances and circulation paths feel authentic. Once the first draft is ready, I will mark any minor adjustments directly on screenshots; after revisions, I will sign off on the final package.
