3D Interior & Exterior Renders

I have a building project that needs to come alive visually, both inside and out. I will provide the architectural drawings, reference photos, material notes, and any measurements you require. From these, I’m looking for photorealistic 3D models and final renders that capture the full ambience of the spaces—lighting, textures, landscaping, the works. Here’s what I need delivered: • Detailed 3D models of all exterior façades and key interior rooms • High-resolution still renders suitable for presentation and print • Native source files (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or whichever software you are most comfortable with) along with all textures and lighting setups • Two rounds of revisions so we can fine-tune materials, colours, and camera angles If you have a strong portfolio in architectural visualization and can work to a clear, agreed timeline, I’d love to see samples of your previous interior and exterior work and discuss the next steps.
