The job requires still renders, not animation. I build these visuals in SketchUp, it handles the architectural plans well and also imports reference images easily. For the final output, I use V-Ray for realistic lighting and materials, so the renders feel photorealistic as you need for boardroom presentations. You supply the plans, photos, and mood boards, I deliver high-resolution stills. The common failure is inaccurate material representation, where colours are off or textures look flat, so I use detailed texture maps and calibrate lighting based on your mood boards to avoid that. one suggestion about the order of your review loop, because it is where this kind of job usually loses time and money. you said you will review drafts and then note tweaks on colour, furnishings and landscaping. those are the cheap changes. the expensive ones are camera angle and lighting, because changing either means re-rendering everything that came after. so i would send you fast, low-resolution drafts with the cameras and the lighting set first, and get those signed off while they cost nothing to move. furnishings, planting and colour can then change late without hurting anything. second, you mentioned boardroom screens and printed boards. those are not the same output. a print board needs more resolution than a screen at the same physical size, and it wants a different colour treatment, because a render tuned to look punchy on a bright screen usually goes muddy and dark on paper. worth telling me the printed board size up front so the scenes are rendered once at the right size rather than twice. send the plans and the mood boards and tell me which views matter most for the presentation, and i will set the cameras first. when is the presentation?
