Need assistance with customizing After Effects Project

Job Description:
Hey there,
I have an after effects project that has all of the work and graphics done already. I need an after effects editor to have it customized and edited to be longer than the current template and assist with a few more changes. I will provide all of the files to do this edit.
Here is the sample of the AE file that needs to be edited: [login to view URL]
Things I need done:
1. Edit and extend the current composition of the project from 1 minute to 3 minutes
2. Add in 7 video clips of people talking (I will provide via dropbox) into the frames of the composition
3. Edit the names and titles of each of the people
There may be a few other adjustments/changes needed in this project as I will explain as we go through the process.
