Indonesian Forex Brokerage Sales Manager
Forex Brokerage Company is looking for English and Indonesian speaking Sales Manager. The successful candidates will be working remotely from home office. The company have operations internationally and have continued global and local success. A true international working environment where the sales staff are rewarded and recognized, each team are focused on the market place they are targeting, contributing and achieving the growth and goals of the organisation.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handle new client leads
2. Promote products in order to meet established marketing plan goals and sales revenue
3. Understand the trading market conditions on a daily basis in order to maximize all sales opportunities to achieve the highest deposit obtainable
4. Communicate on a daily basis with clients & potential clients to reach monthly targets
5. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
6. Ensure client’s satisfaction, representing client needs and goals within the company to ensure high quality interaction
7. Manage a client base to ensuring accurate client information and contact details are obtained and recorded.
8. Meet sales and activity goals
9. Reporting to Management and the Parent Company
1. Experience within the Forex Brokerage industry
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Good command of English and Indonesian
4. Proven experience in a sales environment is an advantage.
5. Positive attitude and motivated to succeed
6. Comfortable working on the phone with customers.
7. Self-motivated and determined to reach set goals
