I have degrees in business, biochemistry and psychology and technical certificates in the IT industry. I have written numerous technical papers to include instruction manuals for newly developed equipment, products and services. I understand the importance of communicating the nuts-n-bolts of an application in easy-to-understand language, while not jeopardizing the depth and value of the product. This project sounds like it will demand a LOT of communication so when you choose a bidder, remember that you get what you pay for.

Assumed that Starter's Guide ( ie. Users' Manual) is needed for this project. I have held engineering and quality control management positions in my experience. They involved various projects from implementing a testing procedure, writing quality control documentation, training policies to follow quality assurance guidelines, detailed production processes, guidelines to complete testing measures, recording digital signatures, reporting technical issues and writing various "Help desk Manuals" to handle assets and inventory controls.
