I have several years of working experience in GIS and Image processing, Geography, Survey, Climate change etc. I have proven working knowledge and hands on experience in almost all fields of GIS, Geometrics, Geography and geomorphology. I also have a full-fledged team who handles multidisciplinary geospatial and programming based work. We have been working with both open source and commercial geospatial technology over years. I am skilled in the use and Development of Premier GIS Softwares of ESRI using Arc GIS SDK (.Net & VBA ) and MapInfo and other allied mapping systems like GPS ; I have hands on Experience in GIS softwares such as Arc View (Network Analyst, Spatial Analyst, 3D Analyst and Model Builder), ArcGIS, Arc Objects and Arc Info. Additionally, I have deep skills in GIS data integration and processing, compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data (Geodatabases). I also have working experience in Image processing softwares such as MATLAB, ERDAS & ENVI and in 3d modelling and mobile mapping using Auto CAD, Microstation etc. I have free hand design and graphic skills to prepare plans and presentation maps (map design) and to do GIS analysis such as Spatial, Surface and Spectral analysis using both GIS and Image processing softwares.

How are you I'm a 20 year GIS practitioner, which I took up after 10 years as an exploration Geophysicist around the world. I teach GIS and one of the subject that I have to teach is how to manage LIDAR data. So in this project I would take the LIDAR data, put it into a geodatabase, so to then create a Terrain dataset. After this was created I would then create a raster surface. This is the most efficient way of displaying the data in ArcScene, since terrains will not display in ArcScene but will display will display in ArcGlobe. I will expect that you will get three terrains, 1 being the ground category, another will probably be the trees category, and the third will be all the points. If there are other categories, these can be created on consultation with you. I will produce a Geoprocessing model(s) of my processes allowing you to see the steps taken and thus you will be able to do this process in future. I also have the Geosoft Target & Geochemistry extension for ArcGIS. Cheers from across the ditch, and I wont mention the Rugby

So, you are looking for an expert, with years of training, able to perform a quite specific task like this, and you offer 50$? Are you serious? I have the required competences, but I will never accept your budget. Good luck, MDS P.S:I really hope you are the true employer. Sometimes uncompetent freelancers accept task with the idea of hiring another freelancer. Hope it's not your case.

I have a degree in Geoinformatics from Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden along with 5+ years of Experience working as GIS Analyst in different organizations. I work freelancer as part time work. I have Degree in Computer Sciences from Pakistan too. If you are interested to give this work to me i will be more then happy to do this for you. Let me say its not a 30$ Project, its Remote Sensing work and then LIDAR processing.
