CS:GO jackpot website

I'm looking for help to create my CS:GO jackpot website, I've tried creating one myself and I managed to get a bot up and to send skins to it using the site but I gave up as I realized that I'm not skilled enough to do this project alone. I'm looking for a simple design, functionality over aesthetics, no unneccesary sound effects or flashing text and images - a clean but nice looking design. Users should be able to sign in through steams own api in order to get access to their CS:GO inventory and steam account. The jackpot system itself must be provably fair using an extremely secure and foolproof method, users deposit CS:GO items that are valued using a price api, preferably steamlytics or steamanalyst. Each round should require two players each depositing a minimum of $2 in skins and once a round starts a timer will begin to count down from 45 seconds, one it reaches 0 a winner is decided and a small animation should show who won. Once a winner is decided, this user will receive a tradeoffer with all the items in the pot except for a certain % that the bots should keep/send to a storage account. I want a simple livechat, I managed to create one myself using node.js but it isn't optimal. There needs to be an admin panel on the site, only hardcoded steamusers should be able to enter this page and from here they can answer support tickets, see various site statistics such as total rounds played and mute/unmute players from the livechat etc. I want to have a "previous rounds" page that should show a set amount of previous rounds, who deposited what and who won as well as being able to verify that the round was fair and that the correct person won, therefore it would be preferable if winners were decided using some sort of a "ticket" system where a user is awarded 1 ticket for each $0.01 they deposit into the round. The winning ticket should then be decided using an algorithm where each round gets a unique "key" or "secret" and is all hashed. I'm sorry if my explanation was messy but English is unfortunately not my first language but I'd be happy to explain more in detail later on, hopefully I made myself somewhat clear though. The steam api works in a way that it can not access a steam users tradelink, meaning that the user must be able to set this himself on the site, and a user should not be able to deposit skins until he has set up a valid tradelink. There should be a simple "How to play" page that explains the basics of the site and how to use it. A simple support system, where a user can send a support ticket that will show up in the admin panel. I apologize in advance for any grammatical or spelling errors and would like to take the time to discourage anyone not familiar with steam, csgo gambling sites or steambots to bid.
