Customize Website Template

I have a website template that I'd like to have customized. The template is a standard template from www.designsandtemplates.com. It includes a flash portion and 4 html pages. I want to have it customized to include my pictures and text. If interested, the template # is 6061 on the [url removed, login to view] website. This is for a personal site for my family, not a business so I'm trying to get by with as low cost as possible.
