I would like to hire a Market Researcher

This project is for my business idea called Together We Succeed. Together We Succeed is a social enterprise that focuses on getting young people into employment via SMEs in their local community (LONDON AREA) My social enterprise aims to solve a problem that has affected many young people and communities; the lack of opportunities to gain experience in their aspired career path. Many settle for odd jobs to earn money, rather than pursuing their dreams. Also, there are issues with SME businesses in some communities. Although they are the hub of the community, they often struggle with hiring people to help with business operations and development. SMEs can’t afford to hire experienced professionals, and are left to bare the strain of running a business on their own or with a small team, stagnating the growth of the business. Together We Succeed is a platform where young people upload their skills, talents and qualities that could be beneficial to local SMEs. On their profiles they have the option to add testimonials from previous employers, and the choice between a traditional written CV and a video CV for more creative candidates. A personality trait system is used to match candidates’ skills with SMEs that could benefit their professional and personal development, as well as career progression. SMEs will be able to upload permanent or temporary vacancies which vary widely, and can be filled by young people in the community. Nothing is off limits. SMEs hiring within the community will have access to the best talent in their local community.
